What payment options are available?

Vision Media Marketplace utilizes and accepts the Google Checkout, Money Orders, and Bank Wires.

What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are given if the request is placed 24 hours before your Voice Broadcast Advertisement is scheduled to run. Once an ad is running, we can not stop it. For this reason, unless you fall into the 24-hour rule above, Vision Media does not offer refunds. You have agreed to this on our order form and it is explained further in our Terms and Conditions.

What kind of results can I expect?
While we can not guarantee you will make any sales or sponsor new associates for your business, we can guarantee you will receive the highest quality prospects available. If you have the proper sales skills and training, you can expect better results than those who do not.

Questions Regarding Your Respondents

What type of information will I receive on each prospect?
Prospects are asked to leave you their first and last name, email address, phone number, and the best time to reach them. Sometimes they forget or don't include some information. Sometimes they leave more information than we request. All records have the caller ID of the person who has left his or her information.

I received an email stating my prospects have begun responding, what do I do?
You will receive an email within 24 hours with your username and password. This gives us time to clean the removes, the cranks, blanks and pranks from your system.

A prospect gave me an incorrect or disconnected phone number, what should I do?
If the number is incorrect, re listen to the prospect's message, you may have written it down wrong. If that doesn't work, call the Caller ID number of the person who left the message.

I have lost my username and/or password. How do I retrieve them?
Call Vision Media between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST Monday through Friday.

I can not access my prospects from the back office, what can I do?

Voice Broadcast Questions

I have a list of people, will you broadcast to them?
Yes we can do that. However we will first clean your list against the global remove system and the Do Not Call registry. The cost of the broadcast remains the same and we can not guarantee how many prospects you will receive.

I am offering a service, not a business opportunity, can I still use your services?
Yes. If you're marketing a product or service that are not associated with a business opportunity (such as health products, debt consolidation, mortgage offers, etc) and would like to try our services, we require a test before we can guarantee your offer.

The test cost of $525 will include 20,000 data records being broadcasted hat you request and our standard
